(Sorry for bad english.)
I think I wanted to be a chef. But I'm not sure that I really wanted to be or not. You know they said you won't know until you know that you are or you are not. I can't experience my self so I'm not sure that I really want. I'm kind of afraid that It could be a mistakes.

They say Chef is job for only hardcore. I'm kind of soft person. Even though I'm man. I'm not sure that I like cooking. I mean basically I like cooking than most of other thing. And I'm good at cooking. But I'm not that sure about make a living for it. There's only two career that I wanted to be and I know that I'm good at. Mentall Therapist or Chef.

I'm confused. I don't even know my favorite color. How can I choose my career? They say if you really like it, than your heart beating fast but I don't know what it is. Yeah, my heart beating fast when I work out!

Well anyway, The question is simple. What it likes to be a chef?

tell me...
is it too much for the workers if we as the owner, can search their track work..
so even in 10 minutes, we can know anything what they do... their track...
and they have to report us, like from 10 to 13.oo I do my 1st sketch..
is it too much or just ok?

so i'm in the process of interviews for a new job.
there's 1 that sounds ok but i know the commute & it was part of the reason i left my last job. i'd actually have to pass my old work to get to this place...not sure if that's something i want to do. they also have another office in my hometown that i'd be at 1 day a week...if it was the other way around that'd be different.
there's another that i applied to 12 days ago & haven't heard back from yet (yes, i am hopeful). it pays considerably more & is closer to home.
with my dad getting older, i'm very concerned about his health (he lives downstairs from me, can barely see out of 1 eye & had a leg amputated a few years ago...oh yeah & he hit my car a month or so ago when he was going to park in the driveway...his truck was altered so he can legally drive...)
so the distance & commuting time does play a huge part in my decision. i need to be able to get here if there's an emergency

My husband's father rents a house but only uses half, the rest is closed up.He told us we could fix up the other half, split the rent and live there to save up money for a house. He told us the landlord said it was fine. We've been living there for about 6 months, long story short, the landlord didn't know we were living there & is evicting us & my father in law.My husband and I put over $7,000 into fixing up the other side of the house, plus all the time & effort. We spoke to a lawyer & he said we had a weak case to get our money back.Does anyone know if we could sue my husband's father to get our money back? Since he lied about the landlord knowing & we we're splitting the rent with him the whole time.If anyone knows anything we can do, please help! Serious answers only please!!!!

Well, my girlfriend has been calling my landlord for the past couple of weeks and getting no response. Since I started leasing I have had a few complaints and it takes many calls before I get any action. Now the refrigerator leaks, the a/c thermostat is out of whack and not cooling properly, the grass needs to be cut and there is algae on the steps (I live in upstairs of a duplex). My girlfriend and I have both slipped on the steps (even while holding on the rail) after it has rained or in the early morning with the dew. My girlfriend had a big bruise on her butt. The steps are the biggest issue because my mom sometimes visits and she has severe neck trauma and this could turn out to be very bad if she fell. It could result in death because her neck is so unstable.

Can I withhold rent or should I send a certified letter? I need immediate action, especially to get the steps pressure washed. Also, his mother is the owner so I only have her address. I don't have his to send the letter.

I don't need a percentage, but just a simple answer as lower or higher and why. I'm a little confused (yet... I'm sure I know the answer) on the topic. Thanks for all the help I get. The first answer that answers my question in a few short sentence will probably get the 10 points. People who give me an excerpt from another site(that I could have found myself) don't count.

Since I am broke now I would have to save up to get enough money to buy a lawn mower....is it like 200 or 300 for a good one?

Will the manual tell me how to keep it running and stuff?

Hi I live in Oklahoma, and I have recently made an offer that was accepted on a house for $133,000 dollars. I make $40,000 per year. I am putting 10% down on the house, P & I will be 790 per month. Do you think this it too much house for a person like me? I am single, and I have wanted a house all my life.
