I was wondering if a friend was to cosign for me on a vehicle would she have as much right to the vehicle as I do? If she cosigns does she still have say of when she gets to drive it? I just need a cosigner to get the vehicle because my credit is bad. But once she cosigns and I get the vehicle, I don't want her trying to say she can drive the car whenever or make those kind of decisions. As long as I make the payments on the vehicle, she doesnt have anymore say does she? Just curious. thanks

I requested the earnest money deposit be sent to me when the buyer defaulted on the real estate contract. The title company never responded to my request until I filed a complain t with the TX Dept. of Ins.--They claim now that I released the funds and furnished a forged release form with the wrong cotract date and buyer. I read somewhere that I should now be paid 3 times the orgiinal earnest money amount, but now I can't find that rule----Feds have been notified-so far, I've heard nothing. :(
I expect to be paid what's legally due me. Anyone....??

I'm thinking of opening up a Roth IRA soon. I think the contribution deadline for 2006 has passed (it generally goes from January of that year til April 17th of the following year, 2007, if I am mistaken please correct me). Does this mean I cannot open or fund an IRA until January of 2008? I'm confused about these deadlines, can someone clarify exactly when the contributions can begin and end for each year, and when I can open the Roth? Thanks!

I tried checking my credit report using annualcreditreport.com and could not pull any of the 3 credit bureaus. All of them asked me for the name of the financial institution and monthly payments of a mortgage loan made in 2002. Since I have yet to purchase a home, I don't know the answers and therefore can't access my credit reports. How can I find out where this house is and who used my SSN to open an account? What should I do next?

I don't want to distribute "get rich" flyers in letterboxes, approach strangers in supermarkets or anywhere else, or set myself up as an expert on something I don't know anything about. Neither do I want to buy MLM leads. I want to successfully market a good product and recruit only those who are qualified to do the same. Any ideas please ?

I would like to know a proper or reasonable amount of time in advance of buying house that you go in and talk to a bank as to how much a person can borrow. I would not be looking to buy a house for about a year and would likely talk to a banker in advance of actually looking for a home, so I know how much I can afford. What is a time line for this?

I am very confused about how to fill out my W4.

I am 23 but I think my parents still claim me as a dependent because I don't make much money.

I started a job as a waitress, so I don't know how much money I am going to make there (since my income will mostly depend on tips).

Should I file for withholding?

If so, which lines do I need to fill out?
