How does PayPal work?

And how do I sign up. I wanna buy some stuff from eBay and Amazon but I don't have a credit card anymore xD lol...

PayPal is like an internet credit card or world wide currency, that can be used all over the world.

You can sign up for free, but have to have money in a bank account or use a credit card.

It is very secure, but the biggest problem is people send you emails, saying they are from paypal (they also say something about a problem with your account, or that you forgot to pay something, anything to try and scare you, then they ask you to click the link in the email and sign into your account. If you click on the email link and sign into your account from there, then the hackers can get your ID and password. So remember to never link to paypal from your email. Always type in www.paypal.com to get to your account.

If you don't have a bank account or credit card, a lot of items on ebay the sellers will take counter checks. That way if you can't get a paypal acount, you can still bid on stuff and buy stuff, but you then have to go get the counter check and snail mail it to the person you bought something from. The person will not send your item, until they get the check. So it takes a lot longer to get items that way, but is doable.

I use PayPal all the time and have never had a problem. It is very secure, as long as you are aware of the rip off artists via email.

You can still use PP but you must load funds from your bank account. Not sure how long that takes - its 10 days the other way (sending money from PP to bank).
