the easiest way would be asking for it. if that doesn't work, you can try babysitting for neighbors or friends, or do extra chores for extra money. or demand for an allowance, if u already have one, get it increased.

Go to your neighbors, grandparents, teachers, ect and ask them if there are any odd jobs around the house you can do for them. Like, mow the lawn, water the yard, rake the leaves, pull weeds, walk their dogs, wash their cars, stuff like that. You could also ask your parents the same thing. You could set up a yard sale and have lemonade and treats for the customers to buy.

Chores around the house? A really crappy job that you aren't expected to do.
Sell some things that you don't need. Your parents might need to give you permission and may be able to help you get something set up on Ebay, or place an ad in the paper. Some places to start? Video games. CD's. Trading cards from sports or pokemon, etc...some of those are worth a lot.

Turn in recycling. Offer to do odd jobs for known neighbours. Hold a tag sale. Earn an allowance. Lemonade stand (possibly with home-baked goodies?).

I really don't know....
I'd recommend mowing lawns. I do it, and make about 22$/h (but charge per month)... still at 11 you might not have enough strength to keep it up.

Since the other people took my answer I say sell stuff on ebay... thrift shops and garage sales have plenty of good quality things that people would love to buy.
