Where do i stand legally? I no longer live in the house so its her home. She is on benefits so buying me out is not an option! Can she drag the sale through the courts and it cost her nothing because she is able to claim legal aid but cost me most of the profit from the sale of the house because im a hard working tax payer??!!. She has had 5 years to get her act together and get a job and buy me out....so i have been more than reasonable! I want to get another mortgage so i need the profit from the sale as a deposit. I cant afford a 100% mortgage....why should i put my life on old and pay through the nose for renting a home????? I fed and clothed her and her 4 kids for 12 years ...to find out for the last year of that time she and my best "friend" where having an affair! I walked away with nothing but my clothes!

I can’t quite understand why our new family owned business, online jewelry, is not attracting customers – it’s has brand names like Icing and Claire’s, with affordable prices ($ everything’s five dollars $), their light and “sensitive solution” to provide comfort for all, and best of all it is jewelry that will be delivered within three days maximum. I have looked at the website numerous times, and see no error with it, and yet I wonder why people are not looking and becoming customers to our new wonderful website or business. Please look at the website, and give us feedback as to what you like and don’t like about it – and any further suggestions will greatly be appreciated – I hope your business experience will be one of great supremacy. Please help spread the word of our business. THANKS IN ADVANCE! THANKS IN ADVNACE TO THOSE WHO BROWSE THROUGH OUR WEBSITE AND HELP SREAD THE WORD!

I am looking at my S-corp (form 1120s) returns from last year that my accountant filed and am just wondering a few things. My company cell phone bill runs roughly $200/month & my accountant makes no reference anywhere as to deducting this expense off. Also, my company phone, internet and fax bills averaged $700/month (shared T1 lines, with 10+ lines and 2 faxes) and there is no deduction on my taxes for this either. Does anyone have any reason or ideas as to why these items would not have been included as deductions anywhere on my returns. I would have thought they would have been included on line 19 for other deductions, but after thouroughly reviewing the breakdown of expenses she included these items do not exist on there. This is roughly 10k of missing deductions. Should these items have been used as deductions on my tax returns? If they should have, should I, or can I, file an amended return with these items listed? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Do I need to become licensed/registered/certified? Do I need to have my home inspected (if so, by who)? Do I need to take classes? Are there fees involved? Are there limits to how many children of certain ages, or how many hours/day I can watch them? Does SBA help with start-up costs for daycares?

But he takes months to pay you back.
Every time you ask him for it back, his excuse is that you earn a lot more mony than he does.
Is this grounds for friendship divorce?
