Do not know what the landlord is doing. Already tried to evict us because he wanted to sell the house. We won the unlawful detainer case. Said he'd never talk to us anymore. Now its 6 days before lease is up and havent heard from him. What are the legal issues that go along with moving out? does he have to give us notice or do we give him notice? if we wanted to stay say only one more month, do we give that notice? Any information would help

...break my lease when the sale of the apartment goes through or must I stay here until my lease from the old owner is up?

I live in Pennsylvania, if that makes a difference.

At work to clock in we have a computer, and on it you type in your number and sign in. There's a space for "trainee clock in" and "employee clock in" I've been working there a month (fast food), and have been signing in with the trainee one without thinking...I still get paid right and noone has said anything to me...I was just wondering, what exactly is the difference? Does anything change if I start signing in as an "employee"?

Whenever I relieve a coworker, she would always have nonbusiness dialogue with me. Occasionally, that is acceptable. But almost everytime I relieve the worker she has a casual conversation with me for 5 to 2minutes and I do not want to talk to the worker. I told the manager about this twice and the worker's behavior has not changed. When I relieved the worker I told the worker to leave me alone three to four times and the worker would respond with nonbusiness dialogue. Therefore, I immediately called the supervisor while she was present to force her to stop having casual dialogue with me. I am going to talk to the manager on Monday, but have I acted correctly? Is it acceptable behavior for a worker to forcefully have casual dialogue with another worker? I do not think so...

I am not this worker's friend and I do not know the worker.

We have our house up for sale. Today we had a showing and our dog got sick and well vomited on the carpet. Very embarrassing.

Would this deter you from buying the house if you REALLY liked the house?

Just curious how others would react.

I bank at wells fargo. customer service is the worst I've ever seen. One time they told me on the phone. "We can't explain why we charge you without notice. The only thing I can do is take your money"
So, I'm looking for a bank with better service, any ideas?
