I bank at wells fargo. customer service is the worst I've ever seen. One time they told me on the phone. "We can't explain why we charge you without notice. The only thing I can do is take your money"
So, I'm looking for a bank with better service, any ideas?

Join a credit union. With a credit union you are an owner. If you have a problem it can be resolved and your money is still insured.

i bank locally. maybe you could find a bank with better service if you pick one that is local to you.
