We have signed contract to purchase a home from an individual; They are having trouble closing on their new home and are still living in the home we have signed to purchase. If we pay the sum total in full, can they back out of the sale or refuse to take the payment? Can we pay in full and tell them to get OUT? Last I knew a signed contract upheld its own and pretty much sealed the deal; is their any legal loopholes to give them an opt out?

I have a client who is interested to order monthly. I will order by volume. I want to know the price? This would free me from asking my friend in Japan to send me. Will save me from freight charges. I'm thinking, I might save few pesos here.

What do I need to get a tax break for filing taxes, i.e. I have a 3 week old who is going to have a babysitter for aprox. 10-15 hours a week at $5/hr for the remainder of the year. Do I need some kind of receipt to prove what I paid each week? It's going to be an individual and not an organization. Any other advice (what can I get back when filing? etc) would be appreciated as well.

I want to apply for medicaid. If I am married does the father still have to pay for part of the hospital bill, or is it all covered where we wouldn't have to pay anything? Does it matter if the father lives in Mexico and isn't a US citizan?

I have been looking at a lot of questions about people trying to sell their properties, but have not been able to get them sold. It seems that most Realtors are getting blamed for the downfall of the market. I would like to know what the public thinks and what is the basis of the blames. Are todays Realtors really that incompetent?

I thought when you take on the role of opening up your own business, you become the ceo automattically? Like, if I start a real estate investment company, would i be the founder, or the ceo? I know of a millionaire who is the founder of his real estate investment company, but i dont know why that would be. What is the difference?

My company is called Inca Corporation of America. I never did anythiing with it, and i told the irs that i was the ceo. Should I be the Founder?

We just had a hail storm in our area and our insurance agent claims that just the back half of our roof was damaged in the storm. In talking with a roofer, he said that there was a rule that if the insurance was going to cover more than 25% of your roof, they had to replace the whole thing. I'm in Minnesota. Can anyone confirm or deny this? Any web resources to back this up? Thanks in advance!

How do you not file any returns and still not be blamed for fraud or for not filing taxes? I looked it up myself and saw there was no law. There is nothing saying that I had to pay federal income taxes But how do I fight it if I see that the IRS withheld money from my paycheck?

I have an interview at Bloomingdale's for the job of part-time sales associate. I feel lucky to have even gotten called for an interview, since I'm 17 and just out of high school, and I have no previous job experience. I'm going shopping for interview clothes tomorrow and I'm wondering what would be most appropriate for the occasion.
Also, any advice for what to say or what to expect would be highly appreciated!

I'm really interested into going into Medicine after I graduate high school; however, I cannot stand the sight of blood and I really don't think I'd be able to perform any sort of surgery. Are there any medical professions in which I would not be required to deal with blood, etc? If there are, how long would it take to become whatever the profession is? Thank you for your help :)

My client is 60 days past due on their account with me on one of there properties that I do work for. This property happens to be my biggest account with the most expenses. They owe me over 40K. According to the people who work there we are not getting paid becacause someone failed to turn in the invoices to the lein holder (aka the bank) who cuts the checks for vendors as well and now we are not getting paid for another 30 days. What I would like to do is speak directly to the bank who is the lein holder and and make sure that these people are not just pulling the wool over my eyes. However, of course, my clients do not wish to release that info to me. I also think that if I advise the bank that I will be contacting my attorney to place a lein on the property for non-payment they may be more apt to go ahead and issue the payment. I tried the appraisal district sites but all the info is from 2006 they sold out this year to the company that I work for. I am desperate at this point.

I wanted to start a small coffee shop and currently have $30,000 in savings. Although I am still developing the business plan and budget, I am afraid that this won't be enough even if I lease a property. Does anyone have any good idea? What would be the average budget to start this type of business?
