Condo is in final phase and I will be one of the last ones to by a unit.

For the next couple of years, you may well be looking at values going the OTHER direction. The Chicagoland area is currently seeing some depression of property values in some areas. On top of that, Condos are notorious for flat appreciation until the entire development is sold off even when values are otherwise on the rise.

ten to fifteen percent less than what the real estate guy who sold it to you said. Per year.
