Hey guy's, as you can tell from the topic I didnt get to graduate from high school. Well im almost 21 and I dont know what to do about getting a good paying job. Dont get me wrong I have had plenty of jobs but they where all really bad paying and the work was not worth the money. Im not good at many things. I love cars and can fix just about anything. im very good at driving and have won many drag racing titles. Im also pretty good with computers. I.E i can build them and install just about any soft where. im just tired of working in the burning sun all day and only making $6.00 an hour. I hate asking for help, It makes me look week. help but I need help now

I just dont know what to do. Any ideas. thank you

My boyfriend's ex-wife (well they both are) is in default with the IRS and somehow the IRS sends HER tax notices to OUR address. Since they are both liable for the debt and he did a change of address (when he moved in with me) they are sending him her notices to OUR address...Can he call the IRS and notify them of her current address so she can be aware of these notices or is this not allowable?

She uses the excuse that she's not aware of anything that has to do with the IRS because she doesn't recieve any notices. He has asked her to do an address change with the IRS and from some odd reason she refuses too.... So can HE himself call and notify the IRS?

All sales are subject to 6% GST and 8% PST.

Damaged merchandise was returned by K. Jim. Credit invoice 34 was issued today for $114 ($6 GST and $8 PST, $100 merchandise)

This is what I did, and I got 0 marks. =(

Debit: Accounts Receivable - K. Jim 114
Debit: Sales Returns and Allowance 100
Credit: GST Payable 6.00
Credit: PST Payable 8.00

Any idea on what it SHOULD look like?

Hi, is it true that in San Francisco after a owner-move-in eviction, the property shall NEVER be rented out , regardless of how long ago it was evicted, or even after it's being sold to a third party?

My story : I've used owner-move-in as a reason to evit a tenant 4 years ago (i beleive the laws require the owner to stay there for 36 months). Recently, I've come across articles saying that unit shall never be rented out, not by myself, nor can be done so even after sold to a 3rd party? is this true?

if buyer's offer is rejected, the buyer backs out and buyer asks for his/her deposit check back?

Do you have a exact link that has a definition or do you have exact source? Because this real estate broker is trying to pospone giving back my deposit check for whatever reason eventhough I keep calling her(she keeps saying she's busy). It's been 3 days since I backed out over the phone & asked to have my check back in person. I told her I can meet her anywhere any time.

I've been thinking about opening up a WIC store. Like a one stop shop for your WIC. But I would also carry all baby essentials. Bottles, diapers, medicine, clothing. Would you think it would be a good idea to have somewhere you can stop and get your WIC filled and also have all other baby essentials or would it be just as simple to go to the supermarket?
