go to craiglist and type in craigslist and the state you want and then go to jobs. Also try newspapers on line they have classifieds with job listings. Careerbuilder.com but it is not as good as craigslist

Before you go to Monster, Career Builder, dice, etc., get a good book on resumes (you can see how these books are rated at Amazon.com). Be honest on your resume, make sure there are no misspellings, have someone else look it over (someone that is good at that sort of thing) and THEN go to those websites to post your resume. Have a few cover letters ready to send along with them after you plug in the right information. There are books all about this stuff....you could probably get a few at the library.
We made the move from the northeast to the midwest about 8 years ago. Good luck!
