I was having a hard time getting in contact with the agent. I was introduced to another agent who informed me the condo was sold. Nonetheless, we've been working with her to find a place.

Now unfortunately, I don't know all the rules of real estate and I did not realize that every property I see has to be seen with my agent. My roomate viewed a house today and I plan to attend the open house this weekend.

I know my sister did not sign anything nor did she disclose anything either. However, according to my agent (mind I have not completed any binding agreement with her), it will be a problem with the sellers agent.

Fortunately, she does not plan to fight the seller if the seller sees a problem with disclosing a buyer's agent after the fact.

Your thoughts, exp, etc...

and you build business credit for years, is it possible to get another corporation, and already have business credit for it since you already have one?

for example, I have a s corporation and am going to build business credit for it. but in 2 years i want an LLC also, but dont want to have to build business credit all over again. you have to have a business for atleast 2 years before you can borrow money from banks without a personal gauntor.

im using a s corporation for real estate, buy and sell,
and want a LLC for buy and hold.

Inspite of all the dire predictions from the "Bears" the DJ Average seems to go up higher every 3 weeks. I think after the earnings season is over by July 2007 it will start moving upwards again. So is it time to buy stocks or are you with the "Bears" and prefer bonds?

I know that Exposition Press was a publishing company in Hicksville, New York until at least the late 1970's. I cannot find any evidence that they are still in business, but I was wondering if maybe they were purchased by a bigger company. I am trying to edit and re-publish a book which was originally published by them 30 years ago.

Dont know many st. markt. terms but i was thinking of investing in either Pepsi, General Electric, Coca Cola or the IRS. Im thinking of leaving it there for anywhere from 4-10 years. How much money can i make (i.e. after 4 years, after 5 years, 6 years, etc.)? Also, what is better, getting dividends every 3 months, or not dividends at all (in other words what will make you more money in the end when i sell all the stocks)? And do you have to pay taxes on this stuff, i've heard different things, also how big will the taxes be (estimate please)? How much do these companies pay in interest per year (so like 5%, 6% or something)? And also does it cost money to set up a stock market account online and if so what are some good sites to do it on and what would the cost be if any? Also i am thinking of putting in anywhere from $600-$1000 every year into these companies how much do think i can get? What are some good stocks that pay 15%/year, how risky are they? How many stock's could i buy?

I've heard through the grapevine that store managers at starbucks only make around 40K (which is awful in my opinion). I just wanted to make sure my sources are correct. I applied at Starbucks to be a store manager before I did the resarch and I put down salary expectation to be 60K and I thought I was low-balling it. Oops. Oh well if they really do pay store managers that low then I'm better off where i'm at.

I heard from someone that on the tax form I filled out at work, there is an option stating that if I do not plan on owing any taxes this year, I do not have to pay income taxes. If that is true, I could save six thousand dollars this year, all money I could put towards NOT living in my car.

Is this true, and if so, how can I figure out if I will have something to pay at the end of the year?

Is it typical for a NYC (Manhattan) landlord to require that their rent times 40 should be equal to or less than the tenant's annual salary? Is this equation true for you Manhattan residents out there? Thanks.

I have a situation here and I am not sure what to do.

I posted a money order to my credit card company over a week ago and the balance hadn't changed when I checked on it today. I rang the company three times today and spoke to three very unhelpful people who could barely speak English. The first one told me that don't take money orders. The second person said that it might take a while and the third person said pretty much the same in other words. All I wanted to know was if they had recieved my money order and they couldn't put me through to anyone. Is this normal.
What do I do here?
It could very well be lost in the post. What do I do then.
It was a $500- money order!!

Thanks for any help
