Make sure you have a list of questions ready for the interviewer and I don't mean "how much does this job pay?" or "do I have to work weekends?". Research the position you're interviewing for and be able to ask questions relevant to that position. It will show that you are taking an interest in doing the best you can. Ask if they offer training for advancement. Be honest. And an FYI, make sure there is nothing on MySpace or any other website that you would not want your mother to read. I and many other employers search the internet for information on potential employees. Right or wrong, it gives us an insight into your personality and habits. Someone who blogs about all-night parties is not someone you would trust to show up first thing on a Saturday morning.

Research the company online, most employers will ask the question "What do you know about the company?"
Also have questions of your own to ask.
