Inspite of all the dire predictions from the "Bears" the DJ Average seems to go up higher every 3 weeks. I think after the earnings season is over by July 2007 it will start moving upwards again. So is it time to buy stocks or are you with the "Bears" and prefer bonds?

I never buy bonds, investing in equities seems to make more sense to me. Bonds have an inverse relation ship to interest rates so when interest rates are trending up would be a bad time to buy them.
