It's a scam, I've gotten plenty, usually they're from the UK or some other country other than the US. They tell you to submit your personal info to them so they can get back at you later.. I've actually gone through with the whole process just to see what kind of crap they were throwing at me. Anyways, why would you win something you've never entered?

Here are some clues that they are fake:
You didn't play the lottery.
The reply to email address is Yahoo!, Hotmail, etc.
