an associates degree with a concentration in office systems. I have applied for many jobs over the internet and offices. I don't have to much of an work history and i did intern but nobody seems to want to hire an fresh out of college student. Any advice would help or just comments. Thanks alot

That isn't a degree I have ever seen, what did you learn to do? Is it like file clerk or more like running software or hardware?
Most companies need people to do all kinds of things, make sure your resume is specific in what you do not just naming your degree.
Try temp work, they have every kind of office worker to cover other people's vacation or maternity leave. Once you get your foot in the door you might be hired especially for maternity leave if the new mother decides to not come back. Even if you don't land those jobs it fills your resume.

I agree with another forum member to look for a "headhunter" or a temporary employment agency. Usually, you will be given a weekly assignment which will allow you to experience many different fields of employment.

Do some voluntary work. Keep working untill you find a paid job.
