I simply told him that his company would fo out of business due to his management style, I also stated that he was an aggresive manager. I also told him that he harassed other employees that worked for him previously.

I did not curse, but I did let him know what a lousy manager he was for sure.

i have this rather awkward in behavior, ex-boss who I really have a good relationship but it is different since he is no longer the boss and there is less in common to talk about i.e. nothing work related.
The other day in front of a few colleagues he said I was a bit of a *****...totally unexpected and i think he was shocked at what he said too. But it was too late. We all laughed and I semi glared at him.
any tips regarding when i see him again- i briefly saw him and he awkwardly said hi and chatted with some one else and that hurt a little bit- why can the be friendly enough to face me after he used a swear word. Am i over reacting? My goal is just to network and keep good professional relationships with everyone

The last tenants had animals and the smell is horrible! We cleaned the carpet twice (professionally) and the smell is still there. Is the landlord responsible for replacing the carpet? Our landlord stated he will raise the rent if he replaces the carpet. We have a 6 month old baby and are worried about the health risks. We are afraid to put her on the carpet to play. What are our tenant rights with this?

Does it mean that the building is considered to be a residential house and not a commercial house, especially because it was built as triplex before the Ontario law, restricting residential buildings to two units, came out?

Can you, as a seller, NOT disclose important information to the buyer?

Story: A gal my husband and I both know (I wouldn't call her a friend) lives in a condo that has a lot of strutrual problems. Her HOA are in charge of repairs, but it has yet to be done. Let's just say, it's a pretty bad buy in general. How anyone that stupid could buy a place that bad is amazing.

Anyway, she is claiming that she doesn't have to disclose anything about the structure since it's not her job to fix it.

PLEASE tell me that she's wrong. She's the sort of person who is COMPETELY full of herself, and I would LOVE for her to be wrong about this.

My wife, and two daughters need a home. We are currently renting a small 2 bed. apt. My wifes aunt is going through a seperation from her husband and they have a house. Since January, not one single payment has been made to their home and thats also the month they moved out and put the home up for sale. As you can see I think that there may be something to gain from this, I just don't know what(if anything). Unfortunately, their payments are 2,900 a month and we cannot afford that. Is there anyway my wife and me can benefit from this situation? Is there anyway to bring the payments down to under 2,000?

P.S. They've onwed the house for about a year now and it's been on the market for 5 months and we are first time home buyers(trying to be). We have no money down. Thankyou

On eBay, I was buying two sticks of RAM, and bought from a very good seller, with great feedback. This was the seller:
http://stores.ebay.com/Bzboyz
It was a buy it now, 2 x 1gb PC3200 set. I bought them, and two days later, it was ended. Is there anything I can do about this? Does he have to give me a refund, or have to send me the item? =0 Because I want my money's worth.
