.I think that you should disclose it at the interview. Just say that you are really interested in working for them however you do want to be up front with them regarding your vacation because it is something that has been planned for a while now and you don't want to cause any problems should you get the job. It really varies with the company if it will harm your chances of getting the job. Depending on the type of job, it could be a real inconvenience that they aren't willing to deal with or they may not have an issue with it at all.
They will definitely appreciate you being upfront with them in the beginning instead of after you have started.

What I will do is go online and check how long it takes for the drug to get out of your system. I don't do drugs so I don't know the real nmber. This number will be an average. Once you get the number see how close you are for it to be gone fro yuor body. If you need more time then cancel the interview. Tell them that you will not be able to make it that day but that you will love to reschedule. Don't cancel on the same day. Cancel a day before.Reschedule at a more convinient time. This should give you like 3 more days to an extra week. Go take the interview but do not mention the weed. Usually the drug test will have to be schedule. It is possible that it will take a couple of more days hopefully 3 to 7 more day. So using these tactics you can gain up to 2 weeks for the drug to get out of your system. Hopefully this will be enough time. Is a good policy to be honest but ocasionally we must lie. or omit certain truth. If you say you do pot then I can guarantee you a drug test won't be needed.

No you are being honest with them this is a trip that has been planned for and you should be honest and upfront. The company should be informed so they can account for tat time, will it reflect badly no believe it or not most companies know that there is a life beyond work and will respect the honesty and up front information shown. To be sure I would bring it up in the interview as in I have a trip planned and paid for in September for two wees in the UK, will this present a problem? and should I cancel it in order to get this position. Remember if they say no it is ok you probably will not get paid for those two weeks

It probably wouldn't hurt to mention it during your interview.
Just let them know that you've had the trip planned for several months--but that you'll be focused and dedicated before and after the trip--essentially that it won't interfere with your training and or performance.
This could however make them think twice about hiring you. :O(
This will depend on how you feel during the interview. You could of course withhold the info until you've actually received a job offer. Accept their job offer with this as an exception.

I would wait until at least a second interview or until they offer you the position. If they like you and decide to make you an offer, they will probably excuse you for your vacation. I would imagine that they would not give you vacation pay, but rather treat it as a leave of absence.
This happens to a lot of people, especially during the summer months.

You may not get the job if you tell them, but if you wait to tell them they may say no, so then you would have to quit to go. So I would say tell them upfront unless you are prepared to quit your job after just a few months.
