I simply told him that his company would fo out of business due to his management style, I also stated that he was an aggresive manager. I also told him that he harassed other employees that worked for him previously.

I did not curse, but I did let him know what a lousy manager he was for sure.

I certainly did not imply that I would hurt him or his company. I just simply stated that he was a terrible manager and that it is usually managers that cause a company to fail rather than it's employees.

This doesn't appear to be harassment to me. First of all, you appear to be this person's subordinate, not his manager. That might make you insubordinate (if, for example, you made the statements you did in response to a request to complete a work-related task.) It does not make you a harasser.

Harrassment means that you as the supervisor are creating a hostile work environment through aggression, bullying, intimidation, and/or unwelcome sexual advances.

It may not be too smart to tell off the boss, but dumb is not the same as harassment. :)

Well, being lousy and aggressive doesn't constitute harassment necessarily. It depends on what you mean when you say aggressive. Is he making advances etc. If that is the case then it is clearly harassment.

So are you the harasser or the harassed?
Harassment is the feeling an employee has from a soupier worker that he is being harassed.
