Depends on his job. Some e.g finance and chief excecutive roles require that he not be a bankcrupt. If he's a bus driver it will make no difference. If there is a bar to his employment because of bankruptcy it will be stated in his employment contract. Otherwise, no he will not lose his job.

You didn't say what his job is. If he works in the government with secruity clearences, bet on it. They will not employ people who can be bought off. Other than that, highly unlikely his boss would need to know about the bankruptcy.

depends on the company he works for. if his work involves any kind of handling cash, then it depends on the companies guidelines, check his contract of employment, if nit is against company rules it will be stated in there.
the only other problem you might encounter, is if his wages get paid directly into his bank account. as some companies do not allow wage transfers to third parties

I doubt it, he still needs money to eat. His boss probably still requires experienced employee.
You might lose your house though, unless you rent of course.
