On eBay, I was buying two sticks of RAM, and bought from a very good seller, with great feedback. This was the seller:

It was a buy it now, 2 x 1gb PC3200 set. I bought them, and two days later, it was ended. Is there anything I can do about this? Does he have to give me a refund, or have to send me the item? =0 Because I want my money's worth.

I already paid him, and he had more than one. So the sale was still up. Then he ended it after I had bought it.

If you paid via paypal and the items cost $25 or more, you should be able to get the money back. Contact eBay customer service. It is against the eBay rules to list buy it now items and not have them available. eBay should penalize the seller. All you generally have to do is contact the customer service with the sellers id, the item#, the cost, and your eBay ID.
