I am selling to clients in New York but I live in Israel. My company was established as a LLC in Deleware and my bank account is in New York. Since my bank account is in New York does that require me to collect sales tax from clients in New York?

I usually mail in my return but for the first time in a lot of years we are getting money back. I bought the TurboTax Basic but I want to know if you have to pay to e-file seperately even though you bought the turbotax? Does that make sense?? The box says e-file fees apply??? Should I buy a TurboTax deluxe? Help!!! I haven't even opened the box yet because I don't want to waste my time and money if you have to pay more anyway. Thanks in advance!!

I am working on QBK Premiere 2007. The company manufactures and sellls bath and body products. I am setting up the inventory items. The company sells 5 different products, but they come in many different scents. should I set up an inventory item for each fragrance or for only the items? (i.e. body wash, citrus, summer rain, winter white etc...) I know the answer will be "only if you want to track sales & inventory very detailed, by fragrance." But my question is this, should I? Is it important for re-stocking that I inventory by scent?

Myself and two lady colleagues are somewhat jaded by our office life - we are professional ladies with good skills in the office world, and are good at rearranging our pens and pencils, but seek a new challenge in a less politically charged yet meaningful environment. We are not afraid of the great outdoors either, and would appreciate your suggestions.

I heard an advertisement from John Commuta that asserts that he can help eliminate one's mortgage and debt in a few years. He sells some tape for $9.95, the cost of shipping, and the user then has the option to purchase the program after their 30 day free trial period. I am wondering if anyone has purchased these tapes or can explain the miraculous debt reduction principles he asserts. I have not purchased the tapes, therefore I do not have any idea as to what his strategies are, but I am curious as to whether anyone from Yahoo Answeres has purchased the tape or can explain his strategies.

Hi, I am a WA state resident. I just learned I can deduct my big purchases sales taxes on my 2006 return. However, I just realized IRS Schedule A which people can use for itemized deductions is only for Form 1040, and I qualify only for Form 1040A.

Question: How can I file using Form 1040A and same time deduct my sales taxes (e.g. I bought a car).

I have some questions on my income tax return...
First I run a home daycare and get paid by the state and made 15,000. You can write stuff off...the more stuff you write off...the more you get back or what?

Second, I also worked as a sub contracted nurse aide and made about 10,000. I had three years to claim this right? What can I claim under this? Uniforms and gas? Milage? Because I didn't keep track of my milage?

What about school? I have always gotten most of my financial aide...if I claim all of this money won't they say I make a lot and hardly cover it...If so does that mean that I should not claim the sub contractor job right now?

I also have two children, one was born last year...some one said the baby had to be born by June for me to be able to claim her...Is that true?

And usually my child credit covers my self employment tax...do you think it will this year too...

I am trying to get the most of my return back and just want to know what is best to do

It was a customer service job, involving selling and talking people into keeping the products past the trial--I wasn't any good at it, but have little work experience. I'm sending out resumes now for new jobs, and want to put my best foot forward.
I feel this job just wasn't for me, and would do much better in a field where I can talk to people and answer legitimate questions--not selling, not convincing people to keep what they don't want, just helping people get what they need.
I appreciate the help greatly!

I am in MN recently registered my new LLC. I am wondering if I should be charging sale or use tax? I assume no since I am offering computer consulting services and not tangible goods. Is this true?

Thanks!
