I have every sympathy with you. My husband lost his job last year and we are in financial crisis too but we have the CCCS to help us. They are a charity who will offer free confidential advice and do all they can to help.

Good luck.

there are loads of benefits you can get as you are pregnant and you can get help with your council tax too. Your situation is a hard one but one i know of well, my mum has had the same problem with bringing us up half the time has been hell iwth money. It will make you stronger at the end of the day and appreciate what you have more. I know that is no conselation now, but things will change for the better one day soon. It always does if you want it bad enough. Trust me. LIke i said there are loads of beneifts you will be entitled to, go down the job centre and find out. They are obliged to tell you if you ask. and as for council tax, well you are definatly entitled to help.

Goodluck xx

first and foremost you must pay your council tax that is a big no no to miss a payment. if you have just lost your job then ring tax credits office as you maybe entitled to more money. also being pregnant have tried for the maternity grant (that you used to be able to get ) there are lots of things you can do dont worry or you will cause harm to your baby. good luck
