Hey there everyone. Here's my story. In September of last year, I bought a small, two bedroom house. In December, my girlfriend got pregnant. We both think we need a bigger house. I'm thinking about renting out my house, for just over what my mortgage payment is. I've never done anything like this and was wondering if it would even be worth the headache and hassle of trying to find a good renter, making sure they take care of my house, etc. Do any of you rent out houses? What advice can you give me?

I know of someone who just got out on probation and he would like to work and earn his keep. Do you know of a company or organization that will hire parolee to work and live at their faculty? Before he was convicted for drugs procession he worked in the construction industry as a builder.

Can anyone recommend some free or inexpensive data sources for historical stock info?

In general, I'm looking for daily pricing and volume data for the last 5 years or so, for at least the NYSE stocks, or preferably a broader set of securities. Additional info, including fundamental info on the stocks, would be great too.

I want to download this data and do some analysis on my own PC, so I don't want a site where I have to look up each result on the screen, but rather, somewhere where I can download a bulk set of data in a common, accessible format (XLS, text, etc.)

Free would be best, of course, but I'd be willing to pay a reasonable price if need be.

looks and feels like an actual dollar but it is larger, states that it is legal tender, drawn on the federal reserve bank of chicago,ill, . 1963 or 64..........they all have the same serial numbers, set of 10 in 1thousand denomonations. anyone any ideas?????????????

Question: I filed my taxes yesterday, and I was in need of my return so I didn't record my student loan information on the tax form because I didn't get the tax information yet. I didn't pay very much on it this year because of a deferement or a pause in paying it, so I didn't think it was a big deal. Should I be worried that i didn't include it on my taxes?

I've a 6yrs old kid from previous relationship. I also own a condo that's already paid off. My bf and I plan to get marry within a year. My parents chose for my job but for many years I am never happy about my work, only my officemates cheer me up. . My brain was not designed for audit work. So now I am studying at night to change my career. But my present job keeps me from studying, I can never open my books, not a single chapter I read. My fiance and I are interested in a home but the home is priced at more than what we are wanting to pay per month. I know if we can get a better interest rate then the payments won't be as bad.. We have worked really hard on his credit lately (his ex-wife did not get their home out of his name after the divorce, late payments,etc) We refinanced the home after taking her to court and sold it a month later.. I think his credit score is in the mid 600's maybe low 600's.. I wonder what his interest rate will be on purchasing a new home? Does anybody have any advice?

I applied for an apartment and my credit isn't all that great. I just want to know exaclty what it is that they look for?? I befriended this person and helped her out at work a lot .i just found out that a petty complaint made against me that caused me some grief at work came from her.At present she doesn't know that I know it was her.I now deal with her only on a professional level, i no longer "help her out".I now know what a manipulative deceptive person she is.She presents the face of being sweet and religous.I feel like a fool because i actually felt sorry for her because of all her "problems" i listened to and gave sympathy about.My husband thinks she is jealous of me because i am about to retire in 2 yrs and this lady is much older than me and won't be able to retire until she is about 100 yrs old.I have to deal with this woman for another 2 yrs.I am finding it difficult be cause now she wants to know why I am "angry" with her( i no longer "help her out",she take this as angry.)Every time i have to work with her i feel nauseated because i know how deceptive she is and i can't say anything.
