My ex wants me to say that he can claim our kids for exemptions and I can claim them for credits. Is this legal? Can it be done? I thought only one person could claim the kids at a time. And when you claim dependents don't you claim both the exemptions and credits at the same time? I am very confused and am in a very tight time table. Please help.

Why I ask is because in CT they take up to 2/3rds of your teacher's retirement and subtract it from your social security even if you've paid your 40 quarters. So if you receive $1500/month as a teacher and $1200 a month from SS they will subtract $1000/month (which is 2/3rds of your teacher's retirement) from your SS. Leaving you with your teacher's retirement and $300 in SS.

I've heard it both ways. Some say just match your employer's maximum and put the rest of the withholding in a IRA. Some say max out your withholding for your 401K?

I worked with a friend of my aunts for 6 months. She recently lost clients and had to let go of workers. Through her business cell phone plan I had a cell phone. She recently stopped paying them even though I was paying her my part of the bill. Now she is with a different cell company and wants the last payment on the phone. So I offered to pay them directly with my credit card. She wants the cash. I feel she will not pay the cell bill with it and I dont owe her, I believe the money I give her should go to the cell bill? Should I give her the cash or tell her I will pay it directly myself or not at all?

I'm creating a Web Site and have been researching ways to improve traffic. I already know what key words will work well. (I'm kind of new at this, but I am learning.)

My question: Where's the best place to put them? Should they be in the title? Should they be in the meta tags? Should they be in the document text? How about the underlined links?

Also, should I repeat the keywords many times or won't that get me any more hits.

1. after finishing a 2 yr degree in radiologic technologists, then what? if you want to get a bacholers, do you go for radiologic technologists still or do you have to specialize in a certian part of it?

2. after your degree, do you have to find yourself always studying on things like keeping up to date on MRI, CT scan etc.. technology's? like in the I.T. field you always have to read on new stuff coming out, is being a radiologic technologists the same thing?

I am going back to work and I am up for a position for a store manager for a store that is suffering due to the lack of a manager for the past few months. The store is near corporate so it needs to be taken to the next level with it's visual merchandising. I have been told the staff is great but they lack direction. And with my low self esteem I am unsure that I will be able to provide the leadership that they need. How do you develop them to the next level? I know I can do the job. I have faith in my abilities yet, I just don't know what I need to hear in order to feel more confident.
