I am a citizen. Lived here all my life. I should be able to work where ever I please. If I got the skills and qualify for the position. The job should be mine or any other citizen. If alot of the clients are hispanic. They should learn english. They wanted to come here because this is suppose to be the land of the free and they want to make a better life for themselfs. Learn the language. Why do I have to go out my way to learn their language. If I go to their country, Wouldn't I have to learn their language?

I have recently been communicating in some depth with someone that has approached me, offering their marketing expertise and a partnership.

I've only recently gone into business for myself and am slowly, surely, finding the kind of work that satisfies my creative streak.

The person in question comes across as incredibly intelligent - has asked very relevant questions and appears to meet all the important criteria.

However, today after very lengthy and brain busting communications, they say this in their email to me...

They offered to, communicate and set up the deal with prospective clients - but I have to invoice the client and then pay the person who wants the partnership. Without invoicing them? I'm confused.

I actually looked this question up on here...and someone asked pretty much the same thing about 4 months ago, but I don't really think the explanation was clear or thorough enough...

I still can't see why "sisters" would be the better term than "brothers"...

I am trying to buy a second home, but according to my credit report I still owe my college loan company. I finished paying them over a year ago. I even called them and they say the debt has been paid but according to my report it is in default. The loan never went into default the entire time I had the loan. The loan company has so many departments they can't tell who is doing what. This is holding up closing on a second home for it really drops my credit score. What should I do and how long should this process take?

Okay soo I opened a Captial One account that I got in the Mail for 0% APR on Purchases and Transfers until December 2007. Now the thing is that when I called up Captial One to find out about my Credit Application they said you've been approved but for only a Credit line of $2000. I am in the Market to buy an engagement ring for my Girl friend and was hoping to get a higer Credit Line sine I have excellent Credit, no late payments and the only debt I have is my Student Loan.

Now the thing is that when we went to another jewerly place (not the one where I'm buying the ring from ) they ran my credit and opened an account with a $15,000 credit line. As soon as I got the card in the Mail I called and closed the account. But I opened the Captial One account on the next day so I think they might have seen that and set my limit soo low.

How would I get Capital One to give me a higher Credit line since I have such great credit? How long would I have to wait to do that?

I interviewed for a cashier job at Target today and was basically hired, but have to take a drug test tomorrow before 12 p.m. (which I'll pass). The thing is, I have no intention of staying at Target. I don't want my college degree to go to waste, but I needed something to pay the bills while I'm interviewing for jobs related to my degree. If you've worked at Target before, do you have the same days off each week? I want to schedule my interviews for the other companies during days off without Target knowing about it.
