Can anyone suggest a good reliable company, that won't charge me a startup fee, or at least has low startup fees. Some of the ones I have seen are ridiculous! No extra fees either would be nice.

Thanks!

I currently live in Qatar and I need to order things online and PAY online. But I don't have any way to get or borrow a Master/visa card so I can pay this way on Amazon and other places. Did't anyone envent a way to pay with a "prepaid" creditcard or something there will WORK so I can order all the stuff I can't get here on the net.
Thanx

I retire in December. My hubbie and I want to stay abroad for 6 months and live in the UK for 6months. At the moment we rent our house privately. What I said we could do is give up the house nearer the time and when we come back get another so we wouldn't have to pay rent and we wouldn't be leaving an empty house. But he said we would need an address for our mail etc while we were away. I just don't know what to do for the best. Does anyone have any ideas?

How does the rise in Interest Rates affect the prices of Shares?
Do they increase of decrease? Is now a good time in investing in shares or when the interest rates go up more? Or is it very individual to a particular company?

After my holidays in England, I usually get a tax refund at the airport for purchases made while on holidays. You only need to show your sales receipts and the tax forms filled by all the stores where you made your purchases, to be able to claim your refund at the airport on your way out of England.

Does the US have such a policy and what is the step by step process of how it works?
