For getting a job you can browse your resume on naukari.com,monester.com and be confident that you can do every thing and one day you will be the placement services head than you defiantly get a job and for getting married easily you can depend on your parents for this and if you don't like this you can do one thing. put a poster on your backside want a groom.

first of all getting a job through ads is easy.once you land up with a good job marriage proposals come automatically ,otherwise you have to wait till you meet the right girl ,fall in love and get married. mind you its not that easy.good luck .

go to school, and apply for a job you want/ or are eligable for, to get "married" you first have to meet someone and fall in LOVE. marriage is a lifetime commitment and it's not something you jump in to at any point for any reason
