I currently live in Qatar and I need to order things online and PAY online. But I don't have any way to get or borrow a Master/visa card so I can pay this way on Amazon and other places. Did't anyone envent a way to pay with a "prepaid" creditcard or something there will WORK so I can order all the stuff I can't get here on the net.

Yes, in the US we have pre paid Visa cards, ask at your bank
Also what about Paypal, you can upload money and pay via Paypal
