i have working there since last three years. just now i have taken holiday for 3 months for visiting out of india. but at the last passing month there i met one guyes who really like me in the all sense.so now what i have do after gone there , to keep the same relation or change the job & to go ahead with what i like. previoue relation is never satisfied that he loves me.what i do?

Relationships at work never work out while working there. It is best to move out and take a mature and wise decision. It is best from the standpoint that it will give you diversity and also give you the knowledge of another firm.

Maturity in life is most important. You will have to first understand and discover yourself. Mentally you should blossm in life. You cannot tailor your life to the satisfaction of another mind. Never lead your life through other person's mind. Identify your self, and see what is comfortable to you in life. That is you need not be artificial in life.
