Got the qualifications and experience, got my van and most of my tools. Hoping i will be Corgi registered on Monday, when i get assesed. Been Corgi registered through the company for a while now. Been plumbing and heating for many years, servicing boilers etc.
I am getting made redundant within the next nine months, not sure exactly when.
Whats the best way to advertise. I want to start doing small jobs to build a client base.
I really want to work mostly within the Harrow, Ruislip and Hillingdon area. Though i would look into other areas if needed.
Just need to know the best way to advertise to start off with.

OK, i am a young 30, meaning i am single and have no children as of yet, and i have a DREAM job, Surveillance Supervisor, it pays good for where i am in my life.
now here is my question, if i tried school for nursing, and didn't like it, and dropped out, then i tried school for computer programming, but didn't like that either, and i dropped out, (i did good on grades but i didn't like them) should i try school again, perhaps something in management or business? i am also intrested in realestate,

i am at a cross road at this time, but i am not willing to just stay where i am, i could move up in the gaming industry or change altogether, i am sorta stuck in a rut,
school
or work
or....not sure

I need to buy a larger quantity of 10ml glass bottles (amber or blue) with droppers for essential oils/aromatherapy. Who is the cheapest supplier for those in bulk - from 100-500+pcs, based in the UK?
Many thanks!

Should I ask for a fixed amount or a % of the amount they are lending....anyone with any knowledge on this?

My bankruptcy was discharged in March and wanted to know is there a way not to give up my tax returns. My husband's hours has been drastically reduced and i'm starting school on the 6th of feb. I really would like to pay for my classes and books instead of taking out more loans. Does the court have to take both federal and state. Or is there a certain amount. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My friend is giving the tenents a 30 day notice to vacate. (he wants to move into the house) I do not want him to move into the house. Can he do this with out my consent? I have countered this notice with a reversal letter, stating that the renter do not have to move out. He has now countered my letter telling them they have to move out. My attorney is out of the country and I am unsure my rights. It would make sense that I would have to consent with anything that goes on with that house. I am giving him the oportunity to buy the property from me and get my name off the deed, but he swears he has the right to tell the renters to move and move in the house himself with out my consent. Is he right?

lets see I will ask this again it seems that im not ranting im asking whats the deal with equal employment opprtunity it doesn't exist anymore so what should i do if theres no fairness in the dept who deals with these issues or whats my options cause I pretty much have run out of options on dealing with crazy bosses and i mean literally crazy. to think that they can fire you for any reason is not justifible theres has to be laws against what they do. On my job where i used to work they sexually abuse lady checkers all the time one of them went to human resources dept nothing was done it seems that my company doesnt' take this thing very seriously(GELSON'S MARKET) or maybe that they think they can get away with this. The people who run this company don't care men in charge where i used to work are pigs an think they are always correct ; unfortunatly they got rid of me and fired me for standing up for a lady who was sexually abused whats wrong with this picture? equal employment?

Hello,

This is a bit complicated but let's see if anyone can give me an answer for this!

I'm currently employed part time at 20 hours a week, and it's written in my contract that I receive payment in lieu on a monthly basis. The company currently has a 2 week cut off date, so currently they pay you for the 2 weeks you work per month, plus the 2 weeks they expect you to work (notice period is also 2 weeks) monthly. We've all just been told that in february the company will only pay ONE weeks wage and withhold three weeks pay so that the company can change to a new "clocking in / out system, where we're payed monthly for the full 4 weeks we've worked". However, this 3 weeks pay is going to be withheld until further notice and not given to us in our March pay. Therefore, I'll be working for 3 weeks for absolutely nothing.

Does this count as an unlawful wage deduction or breach of contract? I have not been notified of any change of wage payment in writing.

Thanks!

Two years ago I decided I wanted to learn about the stock market and online trading. I signed up for a sharebuilder account and bought two stocks-- 1 share of Apple Computer (went from 45 two years ago to 97 today) and 80 bucks worth of another company that has since gone bankrupt. I also have $30 in my sharebuilder account labeled "money market."

Bare with me I'm an idiot here-- know very little about stocks. Now I check sharebuilder every so often to look at my 1 share of Apple Computer. My question is-- now what?

If I wanted to trade it and cash in my money, do I have to pay a fee? What if I want to buy another company's stock (actually, I want to buy a share of QQQQ)?

If I want to buy more stocks, what do I click on? It says, "automatic investments $4". Is an automatic investment a one-time trade, cause that's what I think I'd want to do?

I just have the itch to play with sharebuilder and learn something. What do I do? Thanks. Yes, I check back for answers. :)

And nobody realizes it was just made illegal early this year in 2007? It was NEVER ILLEGAL BEFORE--it is NOT illegal to deface US currency and it never was, except with intent to defraud. But now, it is illegal to melt pennies because the zinc and copper in a penny has a melt value of 1.2 cents versus the 1 cent face value. It is suddenly illegal (unconstitutional too) to melt them and travel abroad with more than $5.00 worth of them.

My question is why doesn't anyone on yahoo answers know this? And if you do, what do you think about it?

has a job in sales in which he makes $500 dollars every two weeks. I asked for the phone number for his job. I want his job however I'm afraid greed will come into play. I have a job in which I make less than $200 every two weeks. I don't want to become greedy, the sin will probably just make me feel guilty. What do you think?

My mom has rented a home for 4 years. In Nov, a problem with the plumbing left the cold water not working to the toilet; the bathroom sink must be on and it fills the toilet with only very hot water. The water bill and heat bill reflect the problem. The washer that the original lease said the landlord would provide & maintain broke. She told him of both issues before thanksgiving.

He did not do anything to repair either problem. She didn't pay rent in Dec, and he came over in midmonth to let her know he was planning on selling the house (will get torn down). He didn't give a date. Or fix the problems. Or demand rent.

She withheld January rent too. Plans on moving 2/1/07. Today landlord came over saying he wants her out 1/16/07 or he's going to sheriff. Doesn't he have to go through the eviction process for nonpayment? Or give her a written notice 30 days before the 1st of the month? After 1st yr they never signed a new lease, so went to month-to-month. In Iowa. THANKS

I worked with a contractor to complete a large lanscaping job last year with lots of retaining walls. Several months after the orig job was finished I hired him to do another small job. I made the mistake on the small job of agreeing verbally on price. When I got his bill I called him a few times to discuss, but received no call back. I have not paid him yet. Now I am having a minor problem with a wall from the original big job. I know I owe him for the small job but am unwilling to pay what he thinks I owe him and I can't get him on the phone to discuss. I tried sending a letter and fax but have gotten no reponse except for a past due bill. What should I do? I would like to pay him but I need the other prob fixed first.
