My master card is the paypal mastercard debit. I just sent in the paperwork today.

I am in the same exact situation you are in. I believe it should take about a week or two. I issued a chargeback with my bank about 10 days ago and they sent me a new ATM/checking card today (i'm pretty sure this has the credit on my chargeback but I really don't know). So bottom line, should be about 1-2 weeks. Good luck
