I am set to go on a childcare couse next week, its level 1 and 2 hours every week for 10 weeks.I do know once i have done this there is longer courses and level 2s out there in september onwards.I have just been wondering though is there not any nurseries out there that offer in house training provinding the police check goes ok which i know damn well it will.My cousin a few years ago had no qualifications and was working to nvq in a nursery untill she realised it was not her ideal job but didnt need anything to get the job although i know things have changed..I have previously worked with eldery nursing/residential,not sure if this could help me in anway plus i have 2 young children, one which should be going full time school by september.I am desperate for this sort of career but although willing to go to college would prefer in job training where i can earn a little cash at the same time to help towards childrens nursery fees.I live in leeds,uk.Any advice much appreciated.

Thanks

contact your local job centre. or look out for ads in your job paper. i am sure it is possible to train in house as my local nursery was advertising for help last month. good luck

Your already going on a course quote" I am set to go on a childcare course next week, its level 1 and 2 hours every week for 10 weeks.I do know once i have done this there is longer courses and level 2s out there" Government paying for it and it won't affect your benefits etc.Government gives you a grant for your kids nursery fees.. Dont understand the question.

yes you do need the qualifications but try ringing your local job centre they may had details of training schemes where you do on the job training and they pay to put you through college at the same time. Failing that ask at your college, I know at ours people on courses are put to work in the local authority run nurseries whilst studying.

Not many people would want to put their kids in a place with unproven, unqualified, untrained staff.
Additionally the staff is usually there to care for kids. They do not have the time nor qualifications to do training also .
I am sure you may find a couple of facilities that do that, but they are probably pretty low rent & trashy.
Check out several of them for yourself . . . and then decide where you want to work.

Yes, need some type of qualifications and some type of education for some these jobs that are up for grabs in the job market.

instructions taken in imaginative writing do one aspect and do it nicely... they present a student with a time reduce. Writing to a time reduce will continuously coach skills necessary by technique of a author of any kind. Journalism instructions, literature instructions etc. can all do the same aspect... you should write those papers, articles, thoughts etc, and get them in at a particular time. that is about practice, practice, practice... and about getting issues finished, not in simple terms taking section in round. in case you want to target artwork at young children, and also you're taking a form, target it at young children. also, study a large number of juvenile books, a tremendous type of them, from age-previous classics to those warm off the click-- which could help you in effortless words recognize the sector you want to be in, and recognize it back and forth. I took a form in little ones' Lit. as well as some in those fields said above, and each thing helped... As I stated and could say again, those instructions or workshops help especially because you should grant and by no skill in simple terms placed it off at the same time as the electrical energy is going out or something. then you actual write with pen and paper (in case you do not already-- ) ok, sufficient! better of success to you...
