I have this self pre-loaded credit card for over a year now and was just wondering if they charge you a monthly fee whether you use the card or not. I have never received a statement but do they charge you without a bill sent to you??????

I am having a mini fair at my school where you create your own business and sell things. I have to come up with a business, however, I don't know what to sell. I started a new job 5 months ago and have a manager that is one of those micromanagers. She watches everything I do, she follows me around the office, she peeks over the cube into mine, she reads things off my desk (personal and business), she asks "what are you doing" every other minute... Naturally, she got a promotion and it's become even worse. Plus, she gives me all her work to do while she does nothing and sleeps at her desk! I haven't caught her yet but others have.

I've talked to her manager about her twice already and he's spoken to her but I haven't seen any changes. He also told me, in so many words, that I need to figure out how to get along with her.

Today she belittled me in a meeting and blamed errors on me when I wasn't involved in the creation of the document, she was. I've had it.

My question...do I go to her manager again and suggest having me report to someone else? Others have witnessed her behavior. Don't know what to do anymore.

Does anyone know what i can do if i bought something with my credit card and returned the item back. But haven't recieve back my credit in over one month?

example: i bought a 200$ tv and didn't like it, so i return it with the restocking fee. But have yet to see it in my credit card balance. What can i do?

I live in a good area for 2 years near sea world in San Antonio, tx. They are building house like crazy around here, and builders are offering NEW homes, that are the exact same size as my 2 year old home, for the same amount which i can sell my home for. If I sold my home to day, I can make about 14,000.
Should hold on to my home and rent it out or sell it?

At my age of 24 and living in California, a house seems out of reach. However if the market rockets up again in the future, I'll rent for the rest of my life. It feels like my age group needs to make 100k a year because we don't have equity this late in the game for a down payment. Condos go for around 250k but charge for home owners dues, and homes start around 300k. Should I wait this out a little longer? Or should I dive in head first?

to prove they aren't illegal imigrants. The bosses want to see a passport or birth certificate and say a 2 part drivers licence is not acceptable. - Is this true? Sorry to ask more than one question.

Surely it is up to the bosses to find out - after all, they do have the employees national insurance number.
