I am married with 2 kids under 5 & plan no more. My husband works full time & is studying by correspondence. I am studying by correspondence & a stay at home mum. We are both studying to further our careers and income! We are both 25 own a home which we renovated & is now worth $300,00. We have no debt besides our mortgage which will be paid off in 19 years. We earn $50000 a year & I will return to work in 6 months so our income will increase. We want to know what we should do as our next investment. Everywhere we have asked for advice has said to invest in shares or buy another house. We have no idea what shares even are & are afraid to borrow money against our mortgage to buy another home. Has anyone done any of theese things? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! We live in Australia.

Est ce que quelqu'un pourrait m'expliquer la signification du paragraphe ci apres... "discount rate as a weighted average of debt equity = 9,6%. the residual value is calculated as 10th year NOI increased by 2%. The residual cap rate if 6,6% assumes an equity dividend rate of 5% and the same cost debt, i.e: the mortgage constant of 8% ? Merci pour les explications !!

I'm looking to buy a house but am not sure if I'm getting a deal or if I'd be paying too much. Does anyone know how I can find out how much a house is worth or appraised for? Thanks

Will I need the w2 forms from all 5 of the employers I have made no less than $1,000.00 U.S. FUNDS from each job. ISo will I be at a greater risk of being audited? And if the tax stuff is mailed to me and gets lost in the mail how would I go about filing the return despite the missing information (my paycheck stubs are A.W.O.L.).

I bought cheap cigarettes from a website before christmas. I couldnt put my finger on it but got a feeling something wasnt quite right. Anyway I still havent recieved them. I contacted them twice & have had no reply. When i tried to log onto the account i created when purchasing them it doesnt seem to register. I am more concerned about them having my credit card details. What should I do.

Suppose someone dies, and they have left a will. To the best of the knowledge of the executor, this is the last will of the person concerned. The money and property is distributed according to the terms of this will.

Then out of the blue, a MORE RECENT will is discovered. This second will is valid, having been duly witnessed etc. Only thing is, it uses a different solicitor and names another executor.

What would be the legal standing of this second, more recent will?
And would this situation be different depending on Scots or English law?

I amended my tax return to remove my son, and allow my husband to claim him. I did my taxes before consuling my husband & it turned out he would have gotten the bigger return. However, despite me amending mine he was not allowed to claim our son. We went through a lot of mess only to still be denied because of the "lack of evidence" showing that he was the primary financial provider. Long story ... I lost my tax return in the process. What can I do now? We are his parents, one of us should be allowed to claim him on that return & if not my husband than it should be me.
