i just recieved a letter this morning saying that a dd of £59.99 that i didnt set up has tried to come out of my bank. ive been charged £34. i need to ring them up 2day about it but lost my phone pin. is there anything i can do?

thanks. ive been in touch with bank and they are sending another pin out. also, who is supposed to pay the charges. the company that made the mistake are saying the bank should pay the charges and the bank is saying the company should pay. who is the one who should pay? i feel like they are both fobbing me off.

ring your phone operator and explain the situation they should be able to help u sort this problem out!!!
