I'm going to take a guess and answer this question, but I'm not really sure exactly what you're asking.

Typically a good size corporation will have various stratifications in the work force. There will be workers, low level managers, middle level manages, upper level managers and the top executives. It is not atypical for people to intereact with each other such as going on coffee breaks or lunch together or going out for drinks or to the country club for a game of golf. Usually the workers will interact or socialize with each other as will the other people in the different stratifications of the corporation. You might see workers socializing with low level managers, but it is unlikely that the CEO will be inviting the workers for a game of golf at his/her country club. Essentially, similiar jobs, similar salaries or closely resembling positions in the workforce will tend to socialize with each other. This is what I would define as the social enviornment in a corporation.
