What gave you the idea that rich people got rich by being dishonest? Some did, most didn't. They got that way by earning well, saving well and investing well. There's tremendous class envy in this country. No need to think ill of those who have it better than you. Learn from them instead. Unless you're able to sort out the facts from the nonsense and act accordingly, you'll never get rich. That's a key element. That's also a big part of why there are so few rich people in a country that has so much opportunity. Most people have the wrong ideas about money. Learn the truth and prosper!

Be an honest real estate sales person. If you are honest, you are not ripping people off. In every industry (except retail), the sales persons are amongst the highest paid people. Being a doctor or lawyer is also a good way to get rich, but obviously those require years of education and training. So find an item you love, and sell it. Be honest, and still make money!

Efficiently deliver a high margin product or service which is highly valued by the market in an industry with few competitors and high barriers to entry. Easy said...tough to do.
