I have this self pre-loaded credit card for over a year now and was just wondering if they charge you a monthly fee whether you use the card or not. I have never received a statement but do they charge you without a bill sent to you??????

The law requires the credit card companies to mail an statement when you owed money. If you don't receive one and still have the same address as a year ago don't worry. Still to be in the safe side why don't you call the number on the back of your card and ask them.

Forget the marketing terms. Titanium, platinum, gold, etc. are just to make you fell better. There should be a toll free number on the back of the card. That is the best place to ask questions about any given card. Each has there own rules.
