Hair scrunchies are easy to make and can be done in fabrics you like. Prom garters might be good, if you have a dollar store they often carry plain garters that you could decorate. You could make beaded keychains with the name of your school or school initials. Jars filled with the dry ingredients to make cookies including the directions. Just a few ideas.

Why not operate a secret valentine service?

Offer to deliver roses, chocolates, and valentine cards to students around the school during the school day as a 'secret valentine' service.

The simplest thing that beats a good idea is a copy made marginally better.

Sell beverages or snack items. Ethnic foods are best if can prepare them. Generally, anything that is very easy to eat, quick to make, and easy to store will bring the best returns.

If you are not able to serve food or beverages, maybe try to supplement the valentine's booths. Sell vases, ribbons, valentine's gifts for guys, or any other valentines themed gifts that are not the ordinary flowers and teddy bears.

Luxury items like exotic chocolates. Or, there is a group I know of selling hand made finger puppets to help out poor women in Peru. Look at www.perupuppets.com.

We're in a service economy now, so sell a service. It's risky (in terms of both business plan AND with friendships), but maybe a match-making service for V-day...

How about space on your body for advertisements? Like a forehead.
