I've been dealing with many lenders for the past 30days who gave me empty promises. I understand that my loan is consider somewhat complicated due to the fact that my mid score is appox. 542 & that I had 1X60day late on my mortgage. But why is it so hard trying to find a lender who can do a 85% LTV? I have plenty of equity but yet, I'm having a hard time being approve..is this an impossible loan?

I've been living with a roomate now for 6 months and we've been splitting the rent in half. We have a 2 bdrm apt with no util cost. Now my gf will be moving in with me and and there will be 3 of us playing the rent. I told him it would be fair for me and her to pay for 60% of the rent and have him pay 40%. He thinks we should all split it equally. Might I add his room is a bit larger and most of the stuff (furniture/electronics/) in the apt are mine. He doesnt think its fair, but most people I talk to agree with me. I wouldnt mind hearing what everyone has to say then forwarding him this link. Thank you very much

i take care of a foster child and in the state of Missouri you don't have to pay taxes on the fostercare income that you recieve. I was billed from the irs for that income, and was told i need to find the rev. code and call them back with it.

I calculated the Microsoft betas for MSCI World (0.898) and S&P 500 (1.032), so I know what is the "better" choice of market portfolio but I have no idea how to calculate the percentages of risk... Thx in advance!

If I pay it off, will it come off of my credit report? If not, will it say that I paid it? Is it worth paying it off or should I spend the money elsewhere. I want to buy a house in the next year and want my credit to look as good as it can....

I wasnt responsible for a major credit card in 1999.Bills are the last thing you care about when you are told from a specialist that you are dying .
My bill was maybe $1100 but I wasnt able to pay or work for 13 months due to terminal illness, pain and strong research meds.injections, anyways it was never paid the acct. was closed in 2001. I avoided them after talking to them every week for the first year..The final charge due was maybe $2,100(after finance chgs) but it has been in charge off status for maybe a year now. I avoided them after talking to them all that year many times on the phone when i was ill .I have heard long ago avoiding contact is good if your not going to pay.I am in the very slow process of fixing my credit, or rebuilding it.The debt went into"CHARGE OFF"status /06. after being in late pay status for years but the account was closed in the yr 2000 . *When will the charge off be OFF my record of reporting agencies so that my credit score will be higher?

on my voice mail? I know I'll unplug the phone and keep my cell phone by the bed in case of emergancies. I also forgot to mention I work a second job at a convience store. I'll work it from 6pm til 10 pm then go to work at the prison mid. til 8 am. Should I leave my cell phone number on my voice mail? Can bill collectors and sales people call you on your cell phone? My friends and family know my circumstances already.

Hello,

I want to start a business where it's easy to get sales funded and easy to find clients.

Businesses I've noticed using this method are:
Mold Removal
Home Improvement
Medical
Auto Repair

Does anyone know of other businesses that are setup like this?

Does anyone know of specific businesses using this technique?

Thank you,

Al
