somwhere fun but were not really into the whole partyin thing we are young aged adults. if anyone can help me please let me know thanks

I like pelenpupp's idea. It's very classy, and anytime a guy goes through the trouble to set something like that up - it's pretty impressive.
Depending on where you live, and the weather conditions - you could also get together a picnic - with bubbly, if you like it - and go to a park or somewhere in the country - have your picnic - and yes, candles are a necessity - and toast the new year under the stars.

Well check out someplaces where bands are playing like the Panty Club or something, somewhere nice, but you can still have some fun. Or ask some of your friends, maybe they need a place to bring theri g/f or b/f too. Decided together, so you can have a great time but not alot of partying (unless they are those type of ppl)

Why not surprise her with a private party? Make it romantic, something she won't expect...especially if you have never done it before. Tell her to dress up and that it is a surprise...tell her you have to stop by your house for something really quick and have candles and wine, champagne, and dinner...
If you don't like the party atmosphere then don't force yourselves into enjoying a party you won't like.
