My husband is the secondary signer on a house that him and hi mother went in on together. The house is going to be forclosed on within the next couple of weeks and there's nothing we can do about it. I was wondering how this will effect his credit seeing as how he is not the primary signer and also what effect this may have on my credit if any.

So I place and order on thursday, dec 28., 2006 on TigerDirect.com, and I choose UPS Second Day for shipping. Now 3 days later, I check the status of the order and it says:

Order Status: To Drop Shipper - Your order being submitted to third-party warehouse for fulfillment and delivery. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipment.

So now I have to wait 1-2 weeks to get the item? I chose second day, so should I get it on monday or tuesday the following week of the order?

I am buying a home for 195k. It is a 2700 sq ft home that is fully finished. I beleive the home is priced extremely well for the area. I think I can get 1100 - 1500 in rental income and I expect my mortgage to be around 1100 interest only (includes taxes and insurance). I am only puting 5 percent down and buying it owner occupied. Anyone think this is a good deal?

How can you share a great business idea with potential partners/investors without them walking & stealing it?
Let's say you have a breakthrough business idea. You feel the whole value of it lies in the idea itself. The value is there because the idea has not materialized in any way in the real world - at least yet. If the idea were to be materialized the ROI (for say a company developing and commercializing the idea) could be millions or even billions of dollars.
