of common people buy houses at market's price, I mean looking in yahoo real estate site there's information about it which takes you directly into realty trac and prices are so low that I was wondering if this is not only a scam because I am one of those common people with a common mortage and my realtor never told me about this "great opportunities" and if this is real I would love to invest in one of this "jewels". Could anyone give me a good advice or tell me your experience doing this kind of "business" Thank you!

I had a new patio cover installed on my screen room. It has leaked four times already (with every rain). The company has been out three times already to attempt to repair it with no avail. It is leaking bad. It floods the floor of my room and I have lost some stuff that I had to throw out from getting wet. Also, the compnay split my fascia upon installing and put caulking all over my brand new roof. Since, they can't fix it, I did not know if I should call my insurance company to file a claim because I obviously need a new cover. I just paid $4800 for this one a little under three months ago. I have photos and was planning on sending a certified letter to the company demanding they fix it this time or I will contact the BBB and take legal action. I am just worried that this will make them mad and they won't come out to fix it.

Granted most of the time shipments are complete and intact, however, UPS, FedEx and the rest simply care more about getting to the next stop on their route. Everyone should always tell the guy to put his electronic signature machine aside and wait while we empty the box and make sure it is all there. If they don't have the patience to wait, if their first action is handing over the clipboard, if their first action is not helping you verify that all the contents are in the box, then their business practices are bad. It's for everyone's good. I suppose they would drive even faster to make up for time lost at each stop standing there waiting for the receiving person putting them through this but honestly, it's the best way. They should not expect people to automatically sign first just so they can be on their way and leave us with a package we signed for that we didn't confirm was complete before signing. I think this should be a regulation. What do all of you think?

I am writing an essay about how the M&S food brand has been repositioned through its advertising, but to do this I need to know about the history of the brand.
I have looked through the M&S website as well as using search engines, but the information I find is only recent news, nothing about what the company and its advertising used to be like...

The stickers are blue with white lettering. Also, there is a star between the words "Code" and "Blue". I have seen this on Wal-Mart doors and also one local Burger King. I'm sure they are elsewhere.

I am about to start a business with a man who has this so-called romantic notions on me. I told him to stop, but he persisted and even told me that its okey to flirt, as long as it's done after work hours and on weekends.
I am also attracted to him, but I don't want to ruin our professional/working relationship, thus I'm keeping it to myself.
We are both single and UNattached.

So what should I do? Must I set the rules?
What should be the business ethics here??

Thank you!
