The stickers are blue with white lettering. Also, there is a star between the words "Code" and "Blue". I have seen this on Wal-Mart doors and also one local Burger King. I'm sure they are elsewhere.

Although I just searched (and came up empty), if I remember correctly, a Code Blue sticker indicates that the store (business) will assist with calling for medical treatment if necessary.

So, if you are having a heart attack you should be able to enter such a business and they will summon paramedics for you.

The name "Code Blue" seems to be a trademarked name for a company that produces stand alone safety communications phones that are directly wired into emergency services/paramedics.

Are you sure you don't mean CODE ADAM for missing child that is on a blue sticker? This is the only one I have ever seen. CODE BLUE spoken over the speaker at Walmart is code for bomb threat.

Because of the bluse sticker and the word CODE, you may be confusing it with CODE BLUE at hospitals, which means cardiac arrest.
