If you want to stay in Northern or Central New Jersey then you should look in western Morris County, anywhere in Sussex County, western Hunterdon County, and northern Passaic County.

Anywhere within the pine barrens of south jersey.
Eastern Burlington County, Atlantic County, Ocean County are all good that way.
