I think you are talking about those bum war videos. Where people offered street people money to do dangerous or violent actives for money or food. I think the producers are sick, evils wackos who are profiteering off the suffering off these vagabonds. It takes a messed up demon person to offer $100 to beat up a starving human being.

If you are competent enough to collect the $100.00, you are competent enough to work in the fast food industry. They are always hiring. Therefore, there is no one that has no other way to make money.
