Insurance benefits were part of my employment, and I am still paying out of pocket for this insurance, but I am so very very frustrated that they are denying me OT/PT services, home health skilled nursing, social worker. I wondered if complaining to the state board of insurance would do any good. Any help would be appreciated.

So the idea is to use the persons tax return as the method of payment.

I'm looking at TurboTax, etc.

Is this just a matter of the "buyer" signing a Power of Attorney?

I want the transaction to be complete at the filing stage. I do not want to have the "buyer" sign over the check.

Any known instruments for this?

Thank you all...

Hi there,
I'm interested in taking Chartered Financial Analyst test, but don't know which books to read.
I have Schwezer notes, but I don't think that they are enough for getting a good score. So, can anyone give me the list of required readings for Level 1 for now?
Thanx in advance.

If I already know what home I am interested in, and have been pre-qualified by a lender on my own, do I need a realtor to help me purchase a house? Will the realtor selling the house work out the legal details for me? Is there more room for negotiation if the realtor is not splitting the commission with anyone else?

Why are there no companies/small businesses that offer the service of 'you run out of petrol, we'll bring some to you'. ? I personally would benefit! lol honestly tho, if you took creditcard/switch or cash and just drove to where they are, bring them enough petrol to get them on their way for a flat rate of a tenner or so... magic!

I am just curious about current property prices in northern CA. I was born in raised in the bay area and am looking to move back very soon. I am a young professional who makes a decent income on the east coast, so it will only increase with the economy of the west coast. I am just curious what the average cost of a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom home or townhouse with a small yard and parking (preferably a garage) runs in the bay area nowadays. I know the cost of living is high in SF, and although I would love to live in the city, I am not objectable to surrounding suburbs (as I used to live in the east bay and also love the area). Thanks for your input and information in advance.

I actively look for properties to buy and this ear I found one, made an offer w/earnest money deposit, paid for appraisal, inspections etc. But deal fell through due to unexpected flood insurance issues. My questions are:

-Can I write-off earnest money deposit loss, appraisal fee, inspections associate with this deal which unfortunately did not materialize.

I appreciate your feedback and if you could include some tax/IRS references it would help grately.

Thanks.

I live in Wisconsin, work full time, go to school full time and I rent. I would like to know what items are tax deductible such as:

Car repairs, food, prescription contacts, medical copay, rent, etc.

Where can I find a website that lists all this items, contains all this information and with the samples of the income tax forms so that I can calculate things before taking it to a professional? Something like Income Tax for Dummies kind of website.

Thanks!!!

Thanks!!!

I was terminated from my emploer this past summer due to a plant closure. I was told by HR that my pension plan exceeded $5000 (its valued at $7200), thus, I could not do a lump sum cash out upon termination. I now have to wait until I am 65 to receive $199.85 a month, and I am 36 years old now. This money will not "grow" I could put this money to better use by investing it. This pension was not an employee contribution plan. HR tells me I have no recourse or options in this matter. Is this true? Is there anything at all I can do to get this money?

I work as a financial planner, and I was really hoping to quit tomorrow. I've only been here for 6 months, and it's just not what I'm looking for. I was talking with some people who felt that I really should give a 2 weeks notice. It doesn't seem like they would want me here for 2 more weeks because I'm not going to be prospecting for new clients if I'm leaving. Any suggestions?
