How do I make money in property, I am interested in becoming an estate agent. Do I need to make a website up and how can they find me?

have you tried working as an estate agent with an existing firm to better understand the business? Have you thouht about becoming a property developer, why you buy a property, do it up, then sell it on for a profit, Being an estate agent is being a salesman, and you're not selling your own property, the two are different things

You need experience, you cant just set up a website it will seem too dodgy. Try finding a job with an estate agent.

Exposure is key. When I chose my agent, I wanted quick ways to reach her (email, website, cell phone, office number). I spent a lot of time on the internet, so get a website that will link to your local MLS listings (that shows ALL houses on the market in your area).
Take some classes so that you will have some impressive looking letters after your name!
