Like profits from the sale of stock and dividends from a cd/bank account/stock/mutual fund? The reason I am asking is because I want to stay in a lower tax level and I might increase my tax deffered IRA account inorder to stay in the lower level. I am getting pretty close.

I have a condo that is near completion and will begin to look for a mortgage in the next 4-5 months. I have a car note with about $10,000 left on it. Would a lender like to see that paid off and leave me with no monthly debt or have that $10,000 in the bank. I would not look to add to the down payment I have already made and have enough savings to cover the closing costs.
The only debt I have is my car note. Credit cards are paid off each month. 100K/year vs 380k mortgage. 650 FICO

The other day one of my supervisors was trying to zip a file on the computer. After trying to download this program with him for an hour he noticed that I was getting eratated with him like everyone else does because he is anal. He asked me if I knew what we were trying to do. I tolled him I felt he was being abusive to me because we both know exactly what we are doing and he was belittling me by asking what we are doing. After he said I want you to know I am not offended with what you said I know you are having a bad day. I said this aint about how I am feeling, this is about how you talk to me. Do you think I will be fired when the big boss gets back?

I'm in California and am looking for a lender that can finance a $6-$8,000 personal loan to pay off some debts. I have a decent paying job, and am willing to pay a larger interest rate. I have tried credit.com, AIG, among others suggested on this site. Has anyone found a new lender?

I am looking for sincere answers how family members all working for the business be treated as to Christmas Bonuses. Would you treat all members the same, or would you treat it based upon how long each family members have worked for you.? If you don't treat it equally do you think this would created family hardship between each of them? Please note all family members have been working each for 20 to 25 years for this family business and work equally just as hard as the next.
